Sorry to hear that Peter!
Been through it - reported it & then told the others to do it. Eventually they stalked out the site & caught the chicken killers! But never interested in the plants, shed clearances & stuff?

Re: Breakfast Eggs with Spinach
Hi Colin Kale does need a bit of extra cooking than cabbage if you don't harvest it early - much hardier than cabbage for a start, if you bought it it will be old already. If it survives the winter (as it does), it needs a bit more time in the pot but the frost takes away the bitterness & sulphu...

Ah! So Peter you have the first watch then?
It is obviously the coarseness of the felt & maybe Sniffer is the 'Bolt' of the snail world? Watch out for his 'guest' appearance in the movie!

Goodness Pawty! Dorset Naga! You actually eat them? You guys are de-sensitised indeed! Totally addiction I'd say! Enjoy though & yes I believe you can grow them from dried seed but someone with your same addiction will soon confirm that. I'm saving seed from kiddies sweet peppers by just drying ...

Cheers Pawty & Primrose! I think I will take cuttings - even though I don't give up lottie 2 until 31/12/2017 so surely dormant, they have had a wee shock already in their life so maybe time to start again & be patient. I kind of know they didn't like good soil which is why I asked so will j...

Hi Peter!
Found them in one of the seed catalogues from a recommendation from someone else. Ordering Mountain Magic toms & Wisley Magic runner beans. Both disappointing crops for me this year.

Hi Steve! You guys are worth the wait, great mag which I appreciate is your day job. Robo! Whiting is a favourite in Aussie & you threw them back? OK don't get too big, probably bigger in the warmer water though, but taste so sweet! I'll share one of my whiting fishing trips when I caught a shark sometime, but still receiving therapy! I thought it was a snapper - easy mistake! W...

Anytime Colin!
Do you grow your own spinach? Mine always go to seed - any hints & tips? Varieties you'd recommend? Perpetual does OK but a bit tough.

Grapes
Actually should read question for Pawty! I've cut back my grapes & tied them in like the plot holders down the road who get a good crop of large grapes. They have 2 longer laterals left each side, so copied that. Should I mulch them is Q1 & Q2 is that the right thing to do with the laterals?...

Hi Colin
Move your post up to Ask the Team in planting & growing, might be a better chance to get an answer.
