It's snowing and blowing down here on the southern tip of the Isle of Wight. It's absolutely bitter. Dogs got a much shorter walk than normal! Hens have refused to come down from their perch in the barn, don't blame them really.

An outdoor seedbed was the way it used to be done and one of the major problems was slugs so make sure you use your prefered method of control and possibly a small net or fleece tunnel over the top as well.
