got up at 7.30am wash coffee took dog for its usual walk
got peeded on you guessed it the heavens opened up not
a happy chappy but one happy dog and its done nothing since

Hi Geoff, i happen to be growing my potatoes in bags
in peat free compost i dont think ive starved them of
water or over watered them they should be due for
lifting in the next couple of weeks so i will let everyone
know what they taste like

i think they are all useful a neighbour of
ours has a couple of ponies and she said
i could have as much of there poo as i want
so would that be ok to mix in with the compost.

Hi all, will it make any difference as i have got mine in planter bags
with compost in,have done as most have advised made deep hole
and put water in just hope they will grow in bags.

Morning all, ive been given some leek plants they are
about6-8" tall what is the best way to procede growing
these they are still in pots by the way and are not very thick
