Re: Vegan black pudding

"Of course I'm daft enough to buy some just to see what it's like."?

Surly it is the plastic used for packaging that is the issue trying buying veg that is loose in the supermarket these days.

Perhaps if we all took the plastic back to the supermarket they would take note?

Re: Will the British ever ive up their neat tidy lawns?

I will not be rewilding at home. I need the crass for my compost. I need to see where the dog craps. Don't like bugs swarming around when trying to get a suntan. Dog hates the bugs as well. It good to have a nice looking front lawn. Never use weedkiller or any grass enhancing feed on lawns. On the p...

Re: Fresh Tuna with pasta

Thank you both again for you ideas.

I will check out Maldon salt could be a replacement for current sea salt.

Will defiantly be adding chilli, garlic, oregano to the pasta.

No idea what type it is just that after visiting local fish shop/van (not supermarket) this was available, thought I had a recipe from last year but could not find it suspect it was probably for the tin stuff. Unsubscribed to the text alert as I am not a slave to mobile phone.

Only one phone has credit on it and that is turned off the other is only used to read books from library and check emails.

Fresh Tuna with pasta

Seems fresh Tuna is in the fish shop/van so thought I would look for a recipe for tuna & pasta bake.

Seems all I can find is for tined tuna.

Anybody have suggestions on how to substitute the tin tuna for fresh?

At last the plants are looking alive and starting to grow in the greenhouse.

Bet the wish they hadn't if the forecast for next week is correct.

Think I will hold off removing the covers on the new beds.
