Re: Sitting and admiring your plot

I don’t have a plot as in allotment but I have part of back garden which I can see whilst doing washing up. Don’t have time to sit and look at it but am always looking at the various stages of the plants.

Re: Bread making corner

I made a loaf same way & ingredients as before. Dough seemed to be on the drier side and was not sticky as it usually is. I could handle it very easy without having to have floured hands. It did not rise as it has done in the past, as not very sunny today wonder if that could that be the reason....

Re: Bee's

“They don't like brown” I had a great suntan last year so guess that's why they went for me. Had another thought there were very few flowers in garden as I had stripped it of all plants, so they could have got the hump. This year I am creating a bee friendly section, hoping they will visit and stay ...

Re: Bee's

A neighbour has bees.

Whilst working in the garden last year they kept attacking the wife & myself we both got stung a couple of times. They seemed real vicious as if they were protecting their territory.

Perhaps it was because I like their honey.

Been quiet so far this year.

Car I got last July has had one wash, guess it's due another but hey there is more important things to do like sorting the garden out, plus what's the point it only gets dirty again.
