Thankyou very much for this info,,,we have people coming over to Brittany in October so was hoping I'd find some root stock available now...on this link they're not lifting them till January.

recommend raspberries??

Hi, can anyone recommend a variety of raspberry that we can grow here in Brittany, where we have hotter summers and acidic ground...We want some tasty ones that we can buy as canes in England and have brought over.

life in Brittany

We moved to Central Brittany two and a half years ago to a stone longere with nearly an acre of land. It had been uninhabited for twenty years and what was once garden had been reclaimed by gorse and bracken.... We arrived in April when the days were warm but the nights still carried a frost....not ...

Talking about coming from other countries,I live in Central Brittany and have a large veg garden and two greenhouses.....I subscribe to the mag and scramble for the letterbox when its about due...its great to read something english!!!

Polytunnel competition winner
