It's a real shame, love walking with my grandchildren from their home up Cheddar Gorge to see the cheese being made. WEe enjoy being invited to test the taste too. This lovely old frim is threatened with closure if this rule is followed and a great prize winning cheese will be lost

We have an Elite from greenhouse direct. Chose toughened glass because grandchildren often play in the garden. The company were excellent , quick and helpful.

The windows used to be made of cellophane which as a plant material could be composted down. Thee change to plastics altered this of course. As a result of fall in demand for cellophane factory at Bridgewater closed last year.
