Hi all. I am looking for varieties of cauliflower which, at the stage when they are not yet planting flowers, are able to survive our winter under non-woven foil or in a foil tunnel (in cold bed). I'm primarily concerned with the names of those varieties (I read that some are of Japanese provenance)...
