I think the same problem/attitude is on allotments,you get a couple taking a plot or even half a plot they start off with plenty energy then within two months they vanish never to be seen again , we have one on our allotment they started was given a new plot that needed working they did nothing but ...

Had my delivery today ,30 bags of farmyard manure 50 ltr bags delivered to my plot all for £50 ,I know it’s good sh**e as I’ve used it for two years ,now all I have to do is spread it

Do what I do ,I have an app on my phone which interprets in fact I have two the first one interprets say English to Spanish the second Spanish to English or in my case English to Catalan and visa versa makes life easy and me lazy

My coworker planted two in the poly tunnel early in the season neither of us has grown them before ,today was the day of the unveiling,I like a clown put the fork to near the first one and speared a big one right through the centre I pulled back aways on the second she got quite a few for her effort...

I use cardboard a lot the more I can get the happier I am ,the polly tunnel has beds on both sides and the top I normally give them a turn over but not deep cover in chicken manure then cardboard after a spraying of jeyes fluid this year one side struggled to grow anything to a decent size I put it ...

It is tough times shallot man my mate from 3 plots up passed away early yesterday morning he was a good mate and will be missed by more than me ,I caught a farmer giving a talk on local radio this morning I only caught the last few minutes but he said it’s been the worst year for growing for over 40...

I’ve got a female co-worker who appeared when life was very dark for me ,she was introduced by a friend,she keeps threatening to join our forum ,we have a lot of females on our allotment but it’s not surprising it’s that big with something around 60 plots
