Has anyone any experience of grafted toms? What are your thoughts, yield, are they worth the extra cost?

In spring this year I palnted the pear tree "Beth" it was grafted on to dwarf rooting stock.

This week (24th August 2012) it is flowering.
Do I pick off the flowers or just leave them and hope they drop off naturally.
