as the op is talking dollars and quoting measurements in inches one has to assume they are american, so why ask questions on a uk forum? let alone a gardening forum for advise on a caravan fridge. for a start most uk fridges are 500 or 600 mm wide, run on 240 volt electric , theyre totally different...

look on the bright side.... last year both our blackcurrants and raspberries were abysmal due to the lack of rain, this lot has come at about the right time for them to be a bumper crop this year.

chill wind this morning... guess ill find summit to do in the polytunnel in a bit ive also got an ivy covered well in a secluded sun trap that may get cleared latter. in the years this day has been running ive found its rare to find it occur on a warmish day though most years i reckon on at least so...

amateurs.... we had 2005 strawberries in the crumble last weekend, we have decided the 30 year old chest freezer is being replaced by an upright one with drawers.

when we cleared out my grandmothers some of the jars of jam had dried to a column up the middle.

choce of mower depends on what youre cutting. ive used everything from an electric flymo on a handkercheif sized lawn to a 40 inch 15 hp rideon on a lawn that takes an hour . personally if buying a walk behind mower its got to be self propelled, single lever height control , honda or briggs and stra...

been picking raspberries and hazle nuts in the morning sunshine, still got one nut bush to do by the gate .... will have to don shorts fo that so it can wait till this evening.

probably the simplest solution is to make it clear to the individual that you are quite happy to be a good neighbour if he does the same. but that you wont hesitate , should it become necessary, to make a complaint to the local police every time you see him alone with a gun in his hand that hes thre...

yea the ignition kill wire goes straight to a toggle switch to earth , so weve eliminated a faulty key switch and any safety cutouts

my other half insists i wear shorts in the bits of the garden visible from the road.


i ve got a cotton hat thats got a zipped pocket in the side , just big enough to take a couple of keys...handy if youre not wearing anything else with pockets, keeps rain and sun off as well.
