Septembers KG had an offer for broccolli and carrots (amongst others) that can be planted now for an early crop next year. How do I acheive this as looking at all the carrot and broccoli seed packets they say not to plant over thw winter. Do I need to build a cloche for each??
Thanks
Ben

Re: Non-flowering potatoes
I watered them when the soil seemed dry. didn't want to "drown" them with to much water. When planting/growing potato bags/sacks how much soil is best under neath each seed potato? thinking now I should have had about 6 inch underneath.

I've had the same issue. I planted out my chitted maris bards on 13th March but no flowers yet. However my estima's were planted out on 2nd April which are now starting to flower? Any ideas?

Tomato's and peppers not doing much!!!!
Hello, I'm in my first year of growing tomato's, sweet and chilli peppers from seed and I seem to be struggling a little. I planted the seeds at the end of February in an unheated propogator in the sun on an indoor window ledge. The seeds appeared to germinate pretty well. I transplanted them all ou...
