i'm planning on buying a new greenhouse soon but i dont know if i should get glass panes or polycarbonate.
my allotment site can get quite windy and flooded last year.

i'm currently making a designated bee/insect corner where i'm going to plant lots of wild flowers and have some insect habitats in an unused corner of my allotment as well as having insect friendly flowers in my more 'formal' flower bed.

the grass between the beds on our allotment is covered with buttercups, is there anyway of getting rid of them as they spread really quickly. we strim to keep the weeds down but it doesnt make much difference to the buttercups. thanks

i have grown some tomatoes, chilli pepppers and sweet peppers in pots on my windowsills (hoping to get a greenhouse on the allotment for next year) the tomatoes and chilli peppers are quite tall, should i have cut the tops off? if so at what hight? thanks
