What can i sow after i have lifted my tatties(2-3 weeks time) The plot gets a couple of hours sun in the morning, then shade for the rest of the day

hi another novice question!
i would like to grow winter veg this year, carrots parsnips, turnips,swedes, ect i have no room left to plant seeds (producing a bumper summer crop!
what should i do?
