If it's any consolation George, I have power to my greenhouse and heated propagators but prefer to germinate seeds in the house on windowsills or airing cupboard. I use seed trays with clear plastic covers and get good results for most things, when the seedlings are reasonably developed they go into...

I'll keep a look out for those Tigger, last year I topped up with cheap seeds from Wilco after having had poor germination from some T&M seeds which were almost four times the price. The idea of having a choice of fewer seeds for a lower price is good too.
