Thanks Johnboy, John P's website: m does have some good general allotment information, though nothing very specific about planning and change of land use. Allan, your link lists a shed load (ahem) of location specific websites - I'll trawl that lot later to see if they have a best-practice procedure...

Is or should Kitchen Garden by available as PDF

I for one can't get enough of reading on my XDA and would love to find Kitchen Garden available in PDF format. I'd happily pay full cover price for the monthly download. Is it available? If not why not?
