Have tasty bell peppers and a couple of runner beans

I am off working because of illness and wanted to know if anyone knows of any good books to lend at the library, (well husband will be getting them),so if anyone has any ideas i will be thankful.

can anyone help out a novice gardener who would like some help with filling an allotment.
Can anybody give me any seeds, have nothing to swap as yet.
