I give my weeds to my chickens as a scratchy. It gets pilled up each day, torn apart by the chickens only to be added to. I have ducks and would not be without them. They give me eggs, lots of liquid fertiser and great mulch. Mulches are a must in Australia as without them we wouldnt have a garden. I use lots of different types. The best if I can get it is seagrass.
