Mmmm.... I can confirm this.

Trousers and I have lived on the borders of Gloucestershire and Wales now for seven years.

Whatever they say, honestly, it's true.......
I promise you, it's true!

Definitely Nesting!

One of my clients has two dogs, a lurcher and a floor mop (and a lovely floor mop it is too....) and because the lurcher sees fit to disembowel the soft cuddly toys that it's bought, I retrieve the innards and bring them home for my garden birds to make nests with. Brilliant! and Trousers saw birds ...

I share that sentiment Peter....

I rented a site years ago within an existing conifer nursery, and started up a 'hanging baskets made to order' business, and the lovely guy that owned the nursery used to make up and mix all his own potting composts, and just as you describe it Peter. Absolutely fascinating to watch, and a lot of ha...

Allegedly.....

If you take the green shoot in the middle out (if there is one!) that reduces the power of the garlicky pores and breath. According to some chef that I can't remember the name of now.

Colin, I was equally 'unimpresed' with Baby Bear. The texture was fibrous, stringy and most unpleasant. And it's not one, even though I have had seed given me, that I would touch with a barge pole.... Even though we all like and dislike, it is rather good to be able to discuss, recommend and discoun...

Martin Lewis

I listened to Martin on Radio 2 on the Jeremy Vine Show about 3 or 4 weeks ago when he was publicising this, and telling you how to do it. His main emphasis, rightly so, was to organise yourself another bank account BEFORE you take your bank to task over this, because more than likely, they are goin...

I'd say yes too. It is sometimes difficult to get culinary inspiration, and if it gets posted in the wrong section, I'd like to think that it can be moved to the correct section of the forum by the people that know better.

I'll remember that Tigger....
I reckon that's why the fennel seeds are in this particular recipe, for the same reason !!

Oh, I apologise.... I thought Tigger was suggesting it for the saute! Must read the thread more carefully in future. BAD girl Wellie!
Cj - it was a nice mix of 'tender' and 'al dente' with reference to the JA's. Absolutely superb. I'm dead addicted now !

No, didn't even enter my head for this recipe. I always like to follow my 'gut instinct', and this recipe begged simplicity, and it paid off magnificently. White is what we have, and I just made Trousers smell it (!) Having just picked him up off the floor, I'm going to blow him away with dinner now...
