Thank you, Alan. I looked at the picture. My roots were like that.So it wasn't diseas but good thing. The beans were not doing well as leaves were wilting and not producing beans very well. I've been growing various vegetable and fruits for more than 10 years but this year's broad beans are the worst.

Roots diseas on broad beans

Over wintered broad beans weren't doing well so I dug them up yesterday and found many white beas/small balls like things on roots. Can anybody tell me what it is and how to stop happening next year?

After receiving replies, I covered seeds on the wet kitchen paper and after a week or so some of them started to show the little white tails! In the future I will put the seeds on the wet kitchen paper, cover them and leave it under the kitchen sink where it's dark and warm. However, dear madasafish...

I mix grow bag contents with root vegetable bed soil. Our soild is slightly clay type so carrots used to be unsuccessful all the time. But since I started to mix I can get much better carrots.
