I have no problems with organic shoes, you should use as much of an animal as possible; if there is organic beef there should be organic leather and leather products. I tend to agree with Allan, however that some of the more processed food products seem to contravene the spirit of the label organic.

The idea of 'chemical free' cleaning products always makes me smile, although I do wonder how I have missed the development of such small and finely controlled vacuums, at least I assume if these products are chemical free they must be vacuums.... And sorry for not getting back to people on points a...

Umm, that's the wrong way round, they need acid soil, not alkali, so if you are in an area with underlying limestone that may well be the problem. :)

Figs do grow wild in this country if the seeds can get hot enough to germinate. They still grow along the Don in Sheffield where the water had been heated by the steel industry.

And I had one growing through my patio that I know was not planted.

Also if Pratchett got involved that standard of english used will soar from its current lamentably low reading age. Peter what reading age would you expect a childrens book to have? Carole B,...

Well there's always Swann Morton. Who? Have you ever used a scalpel blade? They made it. They make something crazy like 75% of all the scalpels used anywhere in the world. And they are a workers co-operative who all go home early on Fridays and have five weeks a year holiday. They are able to do so ...

:D Well I did warn you

Our dogs go mad for the skins, we can use them as 'training treats', though usually I just put the skins in their supper. They really do have some very odd tastes, but that one beats me :)

So would that be Hereford? And when was this?
