just finished dinner and it was realy nice!
as for the cauliflowers just use loads of fertiliser and when the curd is the size of a tennis ball peg the leaves together at the top to blanch the curd! :!: :D

ive got some in the allotment i baught it from dobies 3 years ago as 2 yo crowns,so far its produced about half a dozen spears per year,quite disapointing realy! looks nice though!
