I would love to try crystallising (candying fruit) but can only find recipes for pineapple. I would like to try clementines or mandarines. Can anyone help me please? Rose

The recipe I have been given sounds well tried and well received so yes I would give it another go. I will be making mine at the weekend.

Can anyone advise whether 'ordinary' cucumbers can be used in chutneys and pickles; all recipes I have found say that I should use the 'gerkin' type of cucumber.
