Felix I know where to do it but I can't seem to get the size right
I use photobucket that's how I got the frog,any advice?

This might get complicated as I am not totally sure of the best way - I have Photoshop and modify the images with that. Did you get Photoshop Elements with your camera, you can do it with that.
If you go to User Control Panel, Profile, Edit Avatar you will find it tells you the size of file you are aiming for is "Maximum dimensions; width: 120 pixels, height: 120 pixels, file size: 11.86 KiB."
Now you have to try and use Photobucket to achieve this.
When you are logged into Photobucket there are some items across the bottom of the screen, one is Apps click that.
Select FotoFlexer and Try It.
It then asks you for a file, select the one you want to change into an Avatar, the Frog for example. Select Resize. You can then play about with the pixel sizes to aim for 120x120 or less or select the preset Tiny 100x75 and you should end up with a file you can use.
