Marge, the flowers are delicious.
Pick as they are just starting to open, clean out any mobile protien hiding inside and add to your salad for a touch of colour. The eating experienc is sweet fading to mustard/cress hot. :D

I did that last year, was lovely in a simple lettuce salad.

Retired Father of Marge remembers pickling nasturtium seeds when he was a kid in wartime. I have told him I am not that tempted to try it :lol:
