Hi to all :D
Looks like you all had good time at Malvern, it is great to be able to put faces to names.

Regards

Hello,
My copy of the mag arrived today....

...yes, always interesting to put faces to names...

In my time operating on Am' Radio it was always interesting to meet up with someone at a radio rally or wherever who you had regularly nattered to on the radio...often they were very different to how you imagined they might be..

If anyone has a recent-ish copy of Peoples Friend magazine then there is apparently another Forum member pictured sat behind his Allett Buffalo 34" mower.

All the best,
Clive.

That's it - all the motivation I needed to go back on my diet. I tried to convince myself that Lyndon had taken the picture using a wide angle lens, then I looked again at Seedling and Jenny. :?

Good to have the Forum acknowledged in the magazine at last and great to see some of you.

I'm just delighted that the powers that be have decided to finally have 'a stand' and make their hugely deserved presence felt.
Trousers and I are looking forward to it....

Pleased to meet some of you "face to face", albeit in print! What a lovely cheerful group of pleasant faces! Glad the meeting-up was such a success.

Psssssttt! Don't tell him, but I'm trying to get Mr Potato Head a slot to do a few garden shows for KG soon, so you may even get to meet him!

I however, will always remain shadowy and mysterious (or something)

Well, I'm only going to talk to him if he's dressed as Darth Vadar and does the special voice. :P

For those of you who don't watch, The Stig is an anonymous person on the very brilliant 'Top Gear' programme on the tv, and he's just an ace driver.

So why would you hide YOUR identity to members of a kitchen garden club?
Confused.

Someone recently told me that the Stig is currently Damon Hill. True :?:

Mr PH dressed as Darth Vadar on a KG stand at a show? Peeerleeeeease

Right from the very word GO, I've always maintained that The Stig is Damon.... Probably hugely wrong, but there we go, eh?!

Somehow, I can't see Damon 'blowing his frock up' as a KG Admin bod for ANYONE...

Are you The Chair, or the Edna ?
If not, do you make the Tea of an afternoon maybe?
Do you work with Animals, Minerals, or Vegetables?
Sorry, just couldn't resist that...!

Yep, I think The Sitg is Damon too.

I still want to see Mr PH in full costume though. It would really attract other weirdos/new punters to the stand
Lots of love

I can hardly wait  How will we recognise him? Will he have a big badge on saying "MR POTATO HEAD"? Or does he really HAVE a potato head?
