Herb Survey request

We're planning the content for a website with a herbal theme; covering cookery, gardening, crafts and skincare products together with developing a range of products and would really appreciate anyone interested in the above areas completing the survey form.

If you have any other suggestions for ezines, forums that do accept this type of post, that would be great. I need 100 responses for the survey results to be meaningful.
