I noticed in the latest edition of KG magazine that a reader had taken great exception to dandelion being classed as a weed. She went on to describe its many culinary and medicinal uses. Fair enough. I can't say I'm a fan but well maybe there's something to be learned. What do you think?

Made wine from the yellow part of the flower once, wasn't overly impressed.
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.
