Is this mosaic virus or something else?

Looks a bit like blight with some of the leaf spots and the darkening stem, but if it was I would think with the stem coverage those leaves there would be affected by now with that amount of the stem affected. It just doesn't quite look like blight I get though, as the whole stem is dark and mine is patchy flashes down the stem.
I'd be interested to see what that is, but in the meantime I am interested in the container you are using - is it your design & build or available to buy? Looks a great size & better use of space than individual pots.

Thank you, we ripped them up & will burn them. I didn't think the weather had been appropriate for early blight.
