I am going to get a couple of those potatoes growing kits which has raised this question. I have some farm shop brought not supermarket potatoes that have stared sprouting, would they be suitable for growing?

I've never mastered the art of growing late potatoes , I did have a kit from one of the seed companies five one set bags and five Charlotte sets I emptied the last one last week I got eleven nice spuds not great but I've had worse
