Hi all,
Just a quick question on the December Kitchen Garden subscriber copies.
This was posted as normal Friday 30th, but held up by the main strike on Saturday.
So: when do you normally get your copies - and when did they arrive this time?

Mine usually turns up on 1st or 2nd (I could swear it's sometimes before the end of the month, but if it's not posted until 30th, it can't be!) but it's not here yet.

I'm not sure - and it hasn't yet.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

I normally get mine before the 1st of any given month, but haven't received the latest.

Don't remember when mine comes but we've had post almost everyday but no magazine. I think the rural posties realise they are in most danger from the acceleration of privatisation that is the only possible result of these dumb strikes. On reflection though perhaps they will lose their pension rights and save us all a fortune so perhaps not all bad, just several million more public sector workers to face a reality check.

We're watching the forum and monitoring post from here - hopefully most should turn up today (Wednesday).
Keep letting us know if you can - we are working on a system to allow subscribers to read the current issue on-line (you'll need your CustomerID found on letters and mail sheets from us) - would this be of any interest to you all?

Pleased to say mine has just arrived in this morning's post, so I can read it at my leisure on a Thai beach next week.

i echo glallotment's query: What is a mail sheet? Is it the plastic wrapper in which it comes? Does it have a subsciption number on it? (Sorry but I'm rather unobservant about these things and just chuck plastic wrappings in the bin if they can't be recycled or shredded.
My copy hit the doormat this morning.
