Hi

I find a recipe for the above which use tartaric acid to preserve it up to a year but I could not find any.
I have some citric acid, could I use it instead and do you think it will keep this long if not drank before of course.

Anywhere that does home wine and beer making supplies should have it. Have you asked at your pharmacy?
