Has anybody used these containers which come in various shapes and are supposed to be able to be used from Freezer to Microwave. (They have a little blue valve in the lid for letting out steam when liquid is reheated in the microwave.) I've now bought several of these for freezing soup and homemade stock and the bases have all cracked or split, either in the freezer or when removed and the temperature of their environment has changed. I'm now going to use the Lakeland zip-up plastic bags for freezing liquid foods in the hope I have better luck with them.

I have a few of those containers Primrose and they seem to work, but I prefer the 'Pour and Store' bags you refer to. I like them even better when they're half price at Sainsbugs or on special at Aldi.
