Emailed KG Web-Support at the weekend and got a reply this morning as follows "we are using a new system, could you let people know it will be fixed by tomorrow at the latest".
Do not put off thanking people when they have helped you, as they may not be there to thank later.

Thanks Peter. Just to add to the list you can't add pics now. Says 6mb in full editor & your pic is under this, so try to 'place in line', but then a red warning above your post comes up saying 2mb max.
