I spotted this book on Amazon (hardcover £9.75) and was intrigued enough to buy it. It's quite interesting.

We don't usually have a tree but I spotted a cute little thing (about 7 inches high) in Asda and couldn't resist buying it. I don't expect we'll get many meals out of it, but trying at least a few recipes in the book is probably better than just wasting the tree.
