I would like to have a go at building the greenhouse featured in the March 2020 edition, please could you give me a pointer as to which retailers stock the materials required. I have the poly sheeting, it's the wood I need to buy. TIA

It's a bit tricky right now as most of the builders merchants are closed apart from large deliveries with trade accounts.
When I looked a couple of days ago, Wickes we're doing some smaller quantity deliveries but their timber was comparatively expensive.
Keep an eye open for when the merchants 're-open or local recycling centres.

Do you have an InXcess around your way? The shops are closed but they delivered a small amount of timber to a plot holder yesterday for him to finish his raised beds. It just looked like decking boards to me and just lifted off by the driver so not much at all! 2nd option is good old Amazon where you are likely to be able to order in the lengths you need?

No ineXcess around our way and after hours researching on the web comparing prices, convenience, locality and availability I've gone for Click & Collect. Wickes for the timber (Slighty different sizes given in the magazine but adaptable) Screwfix for the small Pipe Brackets and clear tape, Toolstation for the Screws and broom handle. All these retailers are within a quarter of a mile of each other and about 2 miles from our home.
OnDemandSupplies online for the 35mm pipe brackets. The poly cover I have already, I rescued dozens of metres of the stuff from a skip at work. Hopefully should be able to crack on with the project on Tuesday. Thanks for your input everyone

Cheers Geoff! I just submit & forgot the preview option! No wonder so many of you are wearing neck support! I did try to compensate by rotating the pic before posting but still got it wrong!
