Hi All,
As i said i would keep you posted with the reply from T/M,- here goes.
They have kindly offered to supply a new tree,but i will have to wait untill january 2007 for it to be sent :( ,- i have still accepted.
T/M have also sent advice on how to try and cure their infected tree :roll:

Mark glad they said they will replace your tree for you.
Would be interested to know what T/M'S advice was for dealing with the problem?

Firstly thankyou Allan for such good advice,(it will be followed).
Yes OH they advised i screen the face of the tree,and put a roof/canopy over the tree also,to keep the rain from making contact with it,and to burn any infected leaves.They assure me that this along with the spray treatment will go a long way to curing,or strongly preventing further infection.
