These were suggested in the Hessayon Vegetable Expert book and I am impressed. Delicious.

For taste testing purposes, Sainsburys do parsnip, carrot & beetroot crisps mixed in the one packet. :D

Aldi used to do them too Marigold. Haven't looked lately as they didn't go down well with child I'm afraid!

Ah thank you.. easier and cheaper to make these things at home.. LIDL had carrots this week for 22 cents a kilo and parsnips the same.. So I stocked up.. Not keen on parsnips as they are but the chips - not crisps are delicious Will try carrots next of course...
