Copper tape collars!

Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

Forgot to add that to my list - I'm doing coffee grounds too :) Mainly on the Tomato plants, as I've been told they then help the plants.

Hi, I have read somewhere that copper pennies work, since our pennies are now steel coated with copper does anyone know if this would be effective in getting rid of pesty slugs and snails?
Thank you

I frankly doubt it.

Found more success with eggshells than copper in the past, and they are cheaper

The danger when people start to believe their own publicity is that they often fall off their own ego.

At least travelling under the guise of the Pa Snip Enterprise gives me an excuse for appearing to be on another planet
