Get well soon Robo.
Just potted up a few surplus self seeded primroses for a forthcoming fund raising plant sale in case the weather gets bad over the weekend. Decided digging over the vegetable patch will have to wait!

I have 2 craft markets (outside) this weekend, with some snow forecast for each! SO glad I haven't sown any seeds yet, might start the tomatoes off next week. Haven't started the chilis or peppers yet, I know it's late, but the greenhouse they would have been planted out in blew over catastrophically last moth, so they've no where to go anyway.

-3° and blizzards at home I'm looking out of the hotel window in Portugal at horizontal rain strong winds and huge waves. At least it's quite a few degrees warmer and a good forecast for the rest of the week. It's nice to know my partner and son are taking g care of things at home and I should be able to get stuck into the sowing and tidying when I get back.

Oh No! Snow & more snow & then some more! Fortunately it was just nice fluffy snow without the accompanying rain / sleet in-between & now all clear & roads dry thanks to the bitter wind, so I won't be risking life & limb getting to work.

Still gardening though & quite productive - sorted all the direct sown seeds in month order into a bag to take to lottie, potted on the toms, chillies & peppers & generally managed to spend quite a few hours totally absorbed sowing & sorting.

Seems like a good time this morning to put a new battery in my clock, it might show the right time then instead of being 3hrs 30 minutes slow

To plot or not to plot, that is the question or do I try to get some replacement Winston seed potatoes as we have had to bin the ones we had, gone white and rotten before even planted.

Glorious morning here, might get the shredder out and tidy up the dead stuff left over winter for the birds later. I will resist the temptation to sow seeds until after the Beast from the East 3 has done it's worst.
Been gardening for over 65 years and still learning.
