Not been a good year harvest wise, everything seemed to be ready for harvesting at different times to the norm.
Got wiped out by blight on tomatoes both on the plot and then at home in the end

Lack of energy and enthusiasm most of this season means I have only visited the plot very briefly twice since the local show one month ago.

I have onion sets and garlic which were purchased at the Malvern show back end of August still to be planted out, carrots, cabbage & beetroot ready to be harvested.

Better try and pull my finger out as I start another 6 month course of Chemo on November 2nd, arrrrghh yuck

Good luck Pa and to robo’s wife.

I know how you feel as my wife went through the same three years back and has been clear since.

Good call Tiger, there's a few of us on here under the weather for one reason or another.

We do indeed wish all members well

There's nothing like a bit of gardening therapy to make us forget our problems if we can summon the energy is there. Best wishes to Pa and everybody.

Have had several reports of friends in various locations having their cars covered with sand. All good business for the car washes I suppose. Good job I didn,t leave out my white laundry out on the line to dry yesterday or I might have found myself doing it all again!
