Spanish garlic bread (totally no fat)

Toast a nice fresh slice of bread.
Rub a freshly peeled clove of garlic over the bread.(the bread acts like sandpaper on the garlic).
Now rub a tomato cut in half into the same side of the treated bread to your preference.

You forgot the olive oil Mark! I know you say 'no fat', but it just ain't the same without the olive oil.

Ah - memories of the years I lived in Spain :) .
