I have lawn areas that were purposely laid on sand with very little top soil and I have areas where this has occurred when the developer created a home from a farm yard.

I did use nitrogen granuals of about half the strength the farmers use but it was still 15-7-7. Or something along those lines. It was very easy to scorch the grass though with 6X I can put on as much as I like, the two/three application I did last year are just about running low and after all that rain I'm not surprised.

Even we had to buy a petrol engine water pump, just to keep the rainwater out of our septic tank.
How are you supposed to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle if it completely removes a wine lover’s reason to live?
