Hi All,

With the recent problems and users getting locked out of accounts, here is a quick help / HOW TO on logging in if you get the "Maximum attempts at login reached..." message:

The system will ask for your normal login details (username, password) but will also ask you to fill in the random letters/numbers seen in the jumbled image (often called a CAPTCHA image)

It asks TWICE, so please fill in your username & password as normal, then the CAPTCHA code (its not case sensitive) and click login.
It will then ASK AGAIN (I don't know why it does this) but repeat and login again - this time you should see a success message, and you are logged in as normal.

*IF* you see the same warning when you login again, you will have to repeat the process. this occurs as the site is 'probed' by spam software trying to get in. We are working on blocking this attack, and have already seen a big reduction in problems.

if you have any issues, you can email me at: [email protected]
