I've just got back from giving the chickens their daily treat and cleaning the shed come coup out , the wind is really biting to cold to hang about ,back home now with my feet up doing what I hate sitting looking through the Windows

We tried legend last year as they are supposed to be blight resistant I was impressed a nice looking and tasty tomato we did try crimson crush but they were not very successful but I'm giving them another go this year

Primrose, I've just been googling homemade pesto seems it's only to be refrigerated 5 to 7 days hope this helps

You are lucky pa snip in as much as your daughter will carry on when you move aside neither of my daughter's are the slightest bit interested in our plot , if I told them I had buried the family gold on the plot they might have a dig after they had stopped laughing

I read that potatoes in tubs grow far better when crowded ,so I tried it I filled four 25 ltr tubs with manure and soil I put three sets in each I also filled five 15 ltr potato bags with the same and put one set in each I put them all in the pollytunnel , when it was time to empty them the one set ...

I stopped ordering seed potatoes on line after getting very tiny ones mixed in with small ones I expected a reasonable size seed potatoes as my order was placed early I felt conned, now I want to see what I'm buying instead of taking pot luck ,wilkies do decent size spuds and relatively cheap compar...
