2 lovely days tomorrow should be the same then back to cold and wet,got a bit done down the plot have been building raised bed walls using turf dropped off by the council we have wrapped it in black polythene to help rot it down should have some nice soil next year, also been working on our new chic...

we are banned by our council to shoot fox's on any council owned land even the allotments, on our allotment there is a lot of chicken owners me included some have had the entire flocks wiped out by fox's if we trap them we are still not allowed to kill them but have to set them free away from where ...

polly carb is noisey in the rain and wind but it will not become flexible with age unless its been cleaned with harsh chemicals it will also start verdigree growing and become unsightly if you clean with water or let the rain wash it you will not have a problem

you can get twin wall pollycarb thats only 6mm thick, the modern stuff they use on conservatives is anything from 15 to 28mm and usually has 5 walls, if you glaze each section in one piece it will not matter how thick or how deep the rebates on the frames are,infact you could use spars with no rebat...

very cold hail stone and sleet here, i have arranged to pick up a second hand shed i got on flee-bay,needed for the chickens, i don't think i could have picked a worst day, on the brighter side there where 5 eggs waiting for me thats gone from 1 a day to 5 today in just over one week
