Stew everytime! You can then give them plenty of veg and meat, and vary it everytime you make it so it doesn't get boring. I recommend beef stew personally, let me know if you want the recipe

I agree, opt for plenty of carbs and protein. Chicken in particular will be easiest for you to use and cook with, and will help the players to take bulked up.
