Normally i would cut into the meat too, but when i am serving to guests it makes the meat look 'tampered' with and of a poorer quality so was wondering if this palm test was worth trying

Everyone in my family prefers their meat cooked a certain way, for instance my husband likes his steak medium rare, whilst i prefer it well-done. Stew everytime! You can then give them plenty of veg and meat, and vary it everytime you make it so it doesn't get boring. I recommend beef stew personally, let me know if you want the recipe

I agree, opt for plenty of carbs and protein. Chicken in particular will be easiest for you to use and cook with, and will help the players to take bulked up. Question: Do you order the food/ingredients yourself or is it supplied to you by the company you work for? If you are doing the order yoursel...
