Hi All It's great to be back. I wish I could say it was because I have been wrestling with harvesting all my veg and tackling the garden, unfortunately it has been all business I couldn't resist my worm humour - I quite like worms, very unassuming little things. Have a great week all - may not be ar...

Hello again, I have just realised this post is a year old - I am so sorry, my words were meant with sincerity.

I haven't quite got the hang of this forum business.

Sorry !

Belated sympathy

I am sorry I didn't see this post earlier, due to lack of time to look through the various forums. I am so very sorry to hear about your beauitful doggy - as a fellow dog owner I can't begin to imagine how awful you must have felt having to make the decision - it was the right one but that doesn't m...

Hello again, thank you for the advice, which I will certainly take. I'll wait until it's finished - it's still doing so well and then expose it to the frost and replant it.

Thanks very much, I appreciate your advice.

Rhubarb - Rhubarb !

My rhubarb has done exceptionally well this year but I would really like to move it to another part of my garden to increase my growing space for other crops. It will like it's new home as the conditions are very similiar to where it lives now so that isn't a concern but what I would like to know is...

Cauliflower

Hello Oldherbaceous I wonder if I could pick your brains about cauliflower. I notice from a previous forum that you grow cauliflower all the year round. I have just picked up some plants from my local garden centre, in a fit of excitement and realise now I know nothing about cauliflower. Could you p...

Thanks for that, I'll do it when I have a minute. Our pets do tend to rule our houses don't they, our little dog is definately head of the house. Wouldn't be without him though.

Rosie is gorgeous

The picture on your profile - is that Rosie, isn't she cute, gorgeous pussy cat.

I have a little dog myself but not sure how to make the photo small enough size to fit it on my profile!
